Access to Mail
Go to site: my.jojmatic.com
Enter your mail and password, Then click Login.
You can go to mailbox from the homepage for two ways:
By tap login to webmail icon.
In the top page bar, tap on Apps and select webmail.
You can access the mailbox directly from login page by click on the Webmail icon. OR go to site: mail.jojmatic.com
Login to Mailbox
Enter your mail and password > Then click ⇢ icon.
Create a new email
You can create a new email by click on the icon in the below window.
Active Address Book (Contact)
Tap Settings (⚙).
Tap mail, select general, select "When sending mail, add unknown recipients to my", select Personal Address Book, Finally save.
Calendar Page (Optional)
Click the Calendar icon in the above bar to go to this page.
Add events by click + icon in the below window.
Add public calendar for Saudi Arabia holidays and Muslim’s holidays by click on +web calenders in the sidebar on the left > Then enter the links in the table below the image.

Subscribe with another personal calendar
Click the Calendar icon in the above bar to go to this page.
Click on +Subscriptions in the sidebar on the left.
Enter thr username then click SUBSCRIBE.
Add signature
Open the preferences panel of your mailbox by clicking the gear icon (⚙) near your email address in the top left section.
Select “Mail” in the left navigation menu.
Click “IMAP ACCOUNTS” from the options at the top of the screen.
Click the pencil icon (🖉) to the far right of your email address.
Click on the identity you want to edit, or click New Identity to create a new identity.
When finished click “OK” at the bottom of the form.
Click the green floppy disk icon (💾) near the top left of the page to save your changes.
Add additional account
Login to your mail account using : mail.jojmatic.com
Click on the preferences icon next to your name in the left sidebar.
Click on the tab "IMAP Accounts" under Mail settings, Click on the "New mail account" button.
Fill in the fields: 1. Account Name: Any choosen name for the account. 2. Server Name: mail.jojmatic.com 3. port: 993 4. Encryption: Choose SSL . 5. Username: Your email address. 6. Password: The password for your email account. 7. Full Name: Your name. 8. Email: Your email address. 9. Click OK
Click the "Save" button at the top right corner of the page.
Mailbox Section
Change Password
Go to site: my.jojmatic.com
Enter your mail and password, Then click Login.
Tap Mailbox > Select General > Tap Change password.
Create a private password or Generate a password by the system.
Enter current password.
Click change password.
Temporary Aliases
Go to site: my.jojmatic.com
Enter your mail and password, Then click Login.
To Generate it: Click +Genenrate random alias.
Spam Filter
Go to site: my.jojmatic.com
Enter your mail and password, Then click Login.
Tap Spam filter.
Administration Manual
Access to Administration
Go to site: my.jojmatic.com
Enter the admin user and password, Then click Login.
Create Users
Tap Mailboxes.
Tap +Add mailbox.
Enter a credential of user, Then click add.
Aliases
Click Aliases, Then select Aliases.
Click +Add alias.
Alias address/es: Enter Aliase address.
Go to addresses: Enter a group emails.
Finally, Click Add.
Client Configuration
EM Client (Recommended)
Download Link: https://www.emclient.com/download
Open EM Client.
Tap Menu, then tap Account.
Enter your email address.
Click Start.
Enter your password.
Click Continue, then click Next.
Enter your name.
Click Next.
Choose the third option (Continue without encryption), then click Next.
Choose Account avatar and select Services, then click Finish.
Windows Mail
Open the Mail app.
If you have not previously used Mail, you can click Add Account in the main window.
Click Accounts in the sidebar on the left, then click Add Account on the far right.
Select Advanced setup.
Select Exchange ActiveSync.
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Enter your Username, it’s the same email address.
Domain: \Email address.
server: imap.jojmatic.com.
Tap Sign in.
Microsoft Outlook
Open Control Panel, Then select Mail(Microsoft Outlook).
Select Show Profile.
Tap Add.
Enter your Profile Name, Click OK.
Select Manual setup, Click Next.
Select Exchange ActiveSync, Click Next.
Enter your Name.
Enter your Email Address.
Mail server: imap.jojmatic.com.
User Name: Email Address.
Enter your password, click Next.
Tap Close.
Click Finish, Then Launch Outlook, your mail is activate.
Outlook Mobile
Open Outlook App on your mobile.
Enter your Email > Tap Add Account.
Enter your Email Address.
Enter your Password.
Server: imap.jojmatic.com.
Domain: Leave it Blank.
Username: Your Email Address.
Finally Click Sign In.
Android Mobile (Samsung & Huawei)
Open Settings in your Android mobile.
Select Account.
Select Add account.
Select Exchange.
Enter your Email > Tap Next.
Enter your Password > Tap Next.
Domain: Email address.
Server: imap.jojmatic.com .
Port: 443, Tap Next.
iPhone iOS
Open the Settings app.
Select Mail.
Select Accounts.
Select Add Account.
Select Microsoft Exchange.
Enter your email, Tap Next.
Select Configure Manually.
Enter your password, Tap Next again.
Server: imap.jojmatic.com
Domain: \address email.
Username: address email.
Enter your password, Tap Next.
If not connecting, The domain Leave blanke.
Finally, tap Save.
macOS
Open the Settings app, Then select Internet Accounts.
Select Microsoft Exchange.
Enter your email, Tap Sign in.
Tap Sign in.
Enter your password, Tap Sign in.
Internal URL: imap.jojmatic.com
External URL: imap.jojmatic.com
Tap Sign in.
Finally, Tap Done.

Please use "plain" as authentication mechanisms. Contrary to the assumption no passwords will be transferred plain text, as no authentication is allowed to take place without TLS.
Contacts and calendars
Some applications may require you to use https://mail.jojmatic.com/SOGo/dav/ or the full path to your calendar, which can be found and copied from within SOGo.
